Haider is an experienced financial operations consultant specializing in the healthcare sector. He has previously worked on the financial teams at Ontario Health, the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), and SickKids. With a background in health economics, he brings a unique blend of expertise in financial strategy, revenue optimization, and operational efficiency for healthcare practices.

Zurgham Khan
Principal - Financial Operations
Zurgham has served as a Financial Operations expert at TD in various capacities, building a strong foundation in accounting from York University while developing deep expertise in optimizing complex financial systems. His experience spans improving operational efficiency, enhancing accuracy, and streamlining workflows within wealth and financial operations.
Zurgham applies a strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving, enabling better financial decision-making and improved operational outcomes. He is passionate about leveraging finance and technology to drive sustainable growth and efficiency.
Ishma H. Zahur
Strategic Advisor
Ishma Zahur is an executive leader with nearly two decades of experience spanning management consulting, including roles at Deloitte, PwC, and most recently as Principal of the Industries and Government Practice at Optimus SBR, and senior operational leadership within the public service. This blend of advisory rigour and hands-on executive accountability is what defines her approach.
Her public sector career includes serving as Director at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), where she served as a Program Executive on a $100M+ enterprise transformation. She led the redesign of 20+ end-to-end claims management processes and drove continuous improvement across operations serving over five million Ontarians.
Shayan Das
Principal - Venture & Innovation
Shayan D. is a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, specializing in innovation, strategy, and venture capital within the healthcare space. With a strong foundation in health systems and data analytics, he previously spent over five years at Toronto Grace Health Centre, where he led research and data-driven initiatives to improve patient care and system efficiency.
Recognized as one of York University’s Top 30 Under 30 Alumni, Shayan brings a unique blend of consulting, healthcare operations, and investment experience. His work is driven by a passion for transforming healthcare through innovation, data, and scalable solutions.
